As a quintet originally started by brothers Matt and Bubba Kadane, the Texan band shed a dreamy, albeit gloomy, light on slowcore. Jockeying back and forth between lulling notes that seemed to drag their feet and and a folkier, although still slowly calculated, tempo, Bedhead floats out of the genre it was originally defined in.
